To whom it may concern:
"MEXCAL", with address at Leibnitz 100 5, Colonia Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo Delegation, Mexico City, Postal Code 11590, informs you that, due to security issues of the "MEXCAL" facilities and personnel, all its affiliated, subsidiary company names or controlled companies you are subject to being videotaped when you access our facilities, under the understanding that "MEXCAL" will protect and give the appropriate treatment to the images, sounds and videos captured by our video surveillance cameras, as well as to
the identification data provided at the time of payment in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and our Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

It is prohibited to disclose and/or misuse the images, recordings and/or video recordings taken by you at the "MEXCAL" facilities. Said actions may constitute various crimes in terms of the applicable criminal legislation, Industrial Property Law and other applicable provisions, for which reason, where appropriate, the corresponding sanctions will be applied.
